Eurotech Aluminium Castings offers its customers the Ductalucast®. These castings have considerably better properties than normal sand castings. The sand form is placed above the furnace.
The liquid aluminium is then pressed from the underside at low pressure into the sand mould. This pressure is completely programmable. This enables the mould to be filled in a steady, even and reproducible manner. No more oxides are introduced during the casting process and less hydrogen is absorbed.

- Highly stressed parts with low weight applied for example in:
- Aircrafts
- Vehicles
- Drive lines
- (Fluid)-proof parts. Eurotech can also carry out a helium leak test on these parts if necessary.
Eurotech Aluminium Castings has a sand moulding line installed specially constructed for Ductalucast®. This makes it possible to replace in various ways in the cooling line the boxes that are die cast vertically under low pressure. The boxes can for example, be placed upside down so that the material cast last can serve as a means of supply during of solidification. They can also be replaced horizontally.
